1. What is the benefit of being on the mailing list and how can I make sure my name is on it?
The members of our audience who join our mailing list get advanced notice of ticket sales and other events as well as opportunities to save. You may call, mail or e-mail us with your name, address and phone number and we will make sure you are put on our list. Click here to e-mail the ticket office.

2. Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! If you order 15 - 25 tickets, you will receive 10% off the regular ticket price. If you order more than 25 tickets, you will receive 15% off the regular ticket price. Call our ticket office for more information, (503) 557-8733.

3. Do you offer a senior discount?
No, we do not have a senior discount, but ticket prices begin as low as $12. We also two discounted performances. Discounted performances are Thursday December 1 - 7:30pm, Saturday December 3 - 11:30am. Please call our ticket office for more information, (503) 557-8733.

4. Do you have wheelchair seating?
Yes, wheelchair seating is located on the orchestra level in the back of section B & D, as well as in boxes 4 & 11. Please contact our box office at (503) 557-8733 to purchase these tickets.

5. Is there a signed performance for the hearing-impaired?
Yes, there is a signed performance Friday December 2. We reserve a group of seats on the orchestra level for our hearing impaired audience members. From these seats, you can easily see the ASL signer.

6. Are listening devices available?
Yes, they are available at the coat check room in the lobby of the Keller Auditorium. There are two different types of listening devices available.

7. Is the performance appropriate for children?
We recommend the performance for children who are over age 6, but it is really up to the discretion of the parent. We do not recommend that you bring babies or very young children out of consideration for our other audience members. Children above one year of age need to have a ticket to be admitted.

8. How long is the performance?
The performance is approximately 2 hours long, including a 20 minute intermission.

9. Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available by calling our box office, 503-557-8733 or by clicking "Buy Tickets" in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
