| Q&A l. What is the benefit of being on the mailing list and how can I make sure my name is on it? The members of our audience who join our mailing list get advanced notice of ticket sales and other events as well as opportunities to save. You may call, mail or e-mail us with your name, address and phone number and we will make sure you are put on our list. Click here to e-mail the ticket office. 2. Do you give discounts for groups? Yes! If you order 15 - 25 tickets, you will receive 10% off the regular ticket price. If you order more than 26 tickets, you will receive 15% off the regular ticket price. 3. Do you have a senior discount? No, we do not have a senior discount, but ticket prices begin as low as $12. In addition, we offer one discounted performance: Friday, November 28 @ 2:30 pm. See "Ticket" link for more information. 4. Do you have wheelchair seating? Yes, wheelchair seating is located on the orchestra floor back section B and D and in boxes 4 & 11. 5. Is there a signed performance? Yes, the signed performance is on Friday, November 28 @ 7:30 p.m. We have reserved a group of seats in the orchestra side for our hearing impaired customers. From these seats you can easily see the ASL signer. 6. Are listening devices available? Yes, they are available at the Coat Room in the lobby of the Keller Auditorium.There are two different types of listening devices available. 7. Is the performance appropriate for children? We recommend the performance for children who are over age 6, but it is really up to the discretion of the parent. We do not recommend that you bring babies or very young children out of consideration to our other guests. Children above one year of age must have a ticket to be admitted. 8. Where can I buy tickets? Call our office @503-557-8733 or email us at tickets@singingchristmastree.org. Tickets are also available through Ticketmaster after September 10th. Tickets may also be purchased in person at the PCPA box office located at 1111 SW Broadway, Portland, Oregon. 9. Where is the Keller Auditorium (formerly known as the Portland Civic Auditorium) and where is the closest parking? The Keller Auditorium (formerly known as the Portland Civic Auditorium) is located on Market and Clay between 2nd and 3rd in downtown Portland. The nearest parking areas are located at the 1st and Jefferson Garage, Crown Plaza Garage (120 SW Clay), State Office Building Garage (SW 4th and Clay) and at 200 Market Building Garage.
